Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and LinkPilot, Inc. ("LinkPilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use LinkPilot.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.
  • One person or legal entity per account. You may not share accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LinkPilot to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others (including IP, privacy, or publicity rights).
  • Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or harmful content.
  • Promote hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or incitement to violence.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish through LinkPilot. By publishing, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe or Paddle.
  • Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.
  • We may change pricing; we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to you.
  • Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are added where required by law.

6. Refunds

If a paid plan is not working for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or to comply with the law. On termination, your public profile is taken offline and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPilot's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LinkPilot harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
